The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. biga10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify biga10 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
All financial transactions on the biga10 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). biga10 supports the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform and may be updated without prior notice. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. biga10 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
biga10 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. biga10 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion and payment provider processing times. biga10 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, biga10 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, biga10 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the Player's account. biga10's decision in such circumstances is final.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All content on the biga10 Platform — including but not limited to the biga10 name, logo, trademarks, game content, software, text, graphics, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of biga10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of biga10 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, biga10 shall not be liable for:
biga10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your biga10 account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit biga10's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
biga10 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
biga10 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Player Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

biga10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, biga10 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the biga10 Platform shall first be submitted to biga10's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact biga10 support and allow a reasonable period for resolution before escalating any dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent biga10 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
